Swap to the vegetable prep attachment to slice or grate continuously using external ejection, keeping production flowing. The kidney-shaped opening accepts a variety of produce for faster loading and minimal pre-cutting. Included tools—an S blade, 2 mm grating disc, and 4 mm slicing disc—cover common prep tasks from fine shredding to uniform cuts.
