Its 63 qt stainless steel bowl tilts and removes to speed batch changeovers and cleaning, while the see-through lid lets operators monitor consistency without interrupting production. Two fixed speeds at 1800 and 3600 RPM help dial in results for chopping, mixing, and emulsifying.
Streamline workflow with a control panel featuring a digital 0–15 minute timer for repeatable, documented cycles. The three smooth-edge “S” blades deliver uniform textures, from coarse vegetable chops to fine purees and emulsions for sauces, dressings, and pâtés. Heavy-duty stainless steel construction stands up to daily use in commissaries, hotels, and institutional kitchens.
