Engineered for demanding foodservice environments, the Salvajor 100-CA-12-ARSS food waste disposer streamlines scrap handling to keep prep and dish areas moving. Its 1 HP motor works with a 12" cone assembly and 6-1/2" inlet diameter to efficiently funnel and process food waste during peak service.
Simplify workflow with a start/stop push button and an integrated drain/flush/time delay sequence that manages rinse and shutdown. The ARSS control provides automatic reversing and water-saving operation to help clear tough loads and support consistent performance throughout the shift.
Built with a heat-treated aluminum alloy housing, this unit is ready for high-use duty in commercial kitchens. It includes a fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, scrap ring, and flow control for a complete, operator-friendly setup. UL and CE listings support compliance in professional facilities.
