The Salvajor 100-CA-12-ARSS-P commercial food waste disposer streamlines scrapping at prep and dish areas. Its 1 Hp motor and 12" cone assembly move food waste quickly to keep sinks clear and staff focused.
Automatic reversing and water saving ARSS control optimize grinding cycles while managing water use. A start/stop push button and drain/flush/time delay functions give operators straightforward control during rushes or end-of-shift cleanups. The p-type control with a mounted solenoid valve and flow control further simplifies daily operation.
A heat treated aluminum alloy housing withstands daily service. Included accessories—fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, and scrap ring—support dependable installation. With a 6-1/2" inlet diameter, this unit fits dishrooms, pot sinks, and utility areas to keep workflows moving.
