The Salvajor 100-CA-12-MRSS-LD commercial food waste disposer is built for high-volume kitchens. A 1 Hp motor pairs with a 12" cone assembly and 6-1/2" inlet to keep scrapping and rinsing moving at prep and pot sinks. Its heat-treated aluminum alloy housing stands up to daily service in demanding operations.
Operate with confidence using the MRSS-LD control: start/stop push buttons, manual reversing, and a safety line disconnect provide clear, tactile control at the dish station. Switch directions to match your workflow and quickly respond to station needs. Manual reversing enables bidirectional operation for added control.
A fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, scrap ring, and flow control are included to support integrated installation with your table and sink.
