The Salvajor 100-CA-15-ARSS-2-P streamlines food waste handling for busy kitchens. Driven by a 1 Hp motor and a 15-inch cone assembly with a 6-1/2-inch inlet, this commercial garbage disposal supports demanding prep and warewashing workflows.
Start/stop push-button operation keeps staff in control. The automatic reversing ARSS-2 control alternates direction to maintain consistent performance. A p-type control with a mounted solenoid valve and flow control enables measured water delivery.
Heat-treated aluminum alloy housing withstands daily use. A fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, and scrap ring are included for a complete setup. UL and CE listings support safety and quality expectations for chefs, foodservice operators, buyers, and facility managers.
