Drive faster scrapping in busy dishrooms with the Salvajor 100-CA-15-ARSS garbage disposal. Its 1 Hp motor powers through typical prep and plate waste, while the 15" cone assembly and 6-1/2" inlet keep operators moving between racks. Ideal for prep sinks, pot sinks, and tray return stations.
Reduce clogs and water use with ARSS control that automatically reverses direction and regulates flow. Staff can tap the start/stop push button and use drain/flush/time delay for quick cleanouts between waves of service. This helps standardize workflows during peak periods.
Built to last with a heat treated aluminum alloy housing that stands up to daily duty. A fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, scrap ring, and flow control come included for straightforward hook-up. UL and CE listings support facility approval processes.
