The Salvajor 100-CA-18-ARSS commercial disposer accelerates cleanup and keeps prep and dish areas moving. Its 1 HP motor and 18" cone assembly efficiently handle food waste at busy prep sinks, pot sinks, and scullery stations. With push-button start/stop and built-in drain/flush/time delay functions, staff can clear scraps and return to production faster.
