For busy kitchens, the Salvajor 100-CA-18-ARSS-LD-P streamlines scrap handling. Powered by a 1 Hp motor and an 18-inch cone assembly with a 6-1/2-inch inlet, it moves organics from prep, pot-wash, and dishroom stations efficiently. The heat-treated aluminum alloy housing stands up to daily use.
Operators start and stop service with a push button, while drain/flush/time delay cycles purge lines after rushes. The ARSS-LD control automatically reverses direction to help clear obstructions and integrates water-saving routines with a safety line disconnect.
A p-type control with a mounted solenoid valve and flow control manages rinse water through the fixed nozzle, and a chrome plated vacuum breaker is included. The scrap ring helps contain debris at the sink to keep work areas cleaner. Ideal for chefs, foodservice operators, buyers, and facility managers seeking reliable garbage disposal performance.
