The Salvajor 100-CA-18-MRSS-LD is built for high-volume food waste removal at prep sinks and dish rooms. Its 1 Hp motor and 18" cone assembly accelerate scrapping so staff can keep service moving.
The MRSS-LD control features a start/stop push button, manual reversing to clear jams, and a safety line disconnect for secure servicing. A fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, and solenoid valve direct rinse water and regulate flow.
A heat-treated aluminum alloy housing endures demanding kitchen duty while resisting wear. The 6-1/2" inlet with included scrap ring and flow control supports efficient scrapping in restaurants, cafeterias, and institutional kitchens, with UL and CE listings for added assurance.
