Engineered for busy foodservice kitchens, the Salvajor 100-CA-ARSS-2 is a 1 HP disposer with an integrated cone assembly that centralizes scrap handling at the sink. Its heat-treated aluminum alloy housing delivers rugged durability for daily dishroom and prep operations.
Operate with confidence using auto-reversing magnetic action and a straightforward start/stop push button. A 6-1/2" inlet manages scrap from prep and pot sinks, while the rubber scrap ring helps contain debris. Included water components—the chrome plated vacuum breaker plus solenoid with flow control and fixed nozzle—provide controlled water flow.
