Built for high-volume foodservice, the Salvajor 100-CA-ARSS-2-P commercial disposer streamlines waste handling at the sink. Its 1 HP motor powers through everyday food scraps, while the heat-treated aluminum alloy housing stands up to tough kitchen environments. A 6-1/2" inlet offers ample access for plate scrapings and prep waste.
Operators engage grinding with a simple start/stop push button, and the ARSS-2 automatic reversing control helps clear jams to keep service moving. The p-type control integrates a mounted solenoid valve with flow control to deliver consistent water during operation. This combination supports predictable performance during peak periods.
The included cone assembly adds a scrap ring, fixed nozzle, and chrome plated vacuum breaker to address spray direction and backflow concerns. Position it at a prep sink or dish station to process vegetable peels, plate scrapings, and other waste in your garbage disposal workflow.
