Engineered for busy commercial kitchens, the Salvajor 100-CA-ARSS-LD-P disposer streamlines food waste handling at prep and pot sinks. Its 1 HP motor and 6-1/2" inlet support steady scrap flow for restaurants, cafeterias, and institutional operations.
Operators can fine-tune workflow using the start/stop push button and drain/flush/time delay functions, while ARSS-LD control provides automatic reversing and water-saving with a safety line disconnect. A p-type control with a mounted solenoid valve and integrated flow control helps manage rinse water at the cone assembly.
The heat-treated aluminum alloy housing stands up to daily wear in high-volume environments. Included fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, and scrap ring create reliable connections and efficient scrap capture from your garbage disposal line, helping maintain throughput during peak service.
