Drive faster dishroom throughput with the Salvajor 100-CA-MRSS, a commercial garbage disposal built for busy prep and pot sinks. A dependable 1 HP motor powers consistent grinding while the included cone assembly helps funnel scraps directly into the disposer. Use it to keep stations clear during peak service and reduce time spent hauling waste.
Control jams quickly with the manual reverse switch to keep your line moving. A rubber scrap ring helps contain splash and stray fragments, while the chrome-plated vacuum breaker and solenoid with flow control and fixed nozzle integrate with pre-rinse water supply.
The heat-treated aluminum alloy housing stands up to daily use, and the 6-1/2" inlet diameter pairs with common sink openings. The MRSS control panel measures 9-1/4" x 10-1/4" x 5-7/16" to simplify layout planning. UL, CSA, and CE compliance supports facility and inspector requirements.
