Its 1 Hp motor pairs with a heat-treated aluminum alloy housing for dependable performance shift after shift. UL and CE certifications support confident deployment across commercial kitchens.
Speed workflows with intuitive, push-button start/stop control and an automatic reversing ARSS-2 control that alternates direction to assist with clearing obstructions. The PP-type control includes a mounted solenoid valve with flow control and a pressure switch to simplify water management during operation.
Ideal at prep sinks, pot-wash areas, and tray return stations, this commercial garbage disposal integrates easily with a 3-1/2" sink collar and stopper. A fixed nozzle and chrome plated vacuum breaker help complete the installation for efficient, repeatable use by chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
