The Salvajor 100-SA-3-MRSS disposer sink assembly powers through food waste with a 1 Hp motor and manual reversing MRSS control. It’s built for dishrooms and prep sinks that demand reliable, on‑demand grinding to keep service on schedule.
Push-button start/stop and manual reversing let operators manage cycles and handle tough loads while keeping the line moving. A fixed nozzle, flow control, solenoid valve, and chrome plated vacuum breaker support efficient rinsing and compliant water connections.
The heat treated aluminum alloy housing withstands daily use in busy operations. UL, CSA, and CE certifications support specification in restaurants, institutions, and commissaries. MRSS control panel dimensions are 9-1/4" x 10-1/4" x 5-7/16" (effective 6-1-17) for straightforward layout planning.
