The Salvajor 100-SA-3-MRSS-LD disposer and sink assembly powers through daily prep waste with a 1 hp motor, helping busy kitchens keep sinks clear and stations moving. Operators gain responsive control from the MRSS-LD panel with start/stop push buttons, manual reversing, and a safety line disconnect. The 3-1/2" sink collar and included flow control, sink stopper, solenoid valve, fixed nozzle, and chrome plated vacuum breaker integrate to manage rinse water and scrap movement efficiently.
