Its 1 Hp motor paired with start/stop push button MSS control gives operators instant, responsive power for scrapping and rinsing. Designed for chefs, operators, and facility managers, it helps streamline cleanup at prep sinks and dish stations.
A 3-1/2" sink collar integrates neatly at the basin, while the fixed nozzle directs rinse water to keep work areas moving. The included chrome plated vacuum breaker and solenoid valve provide controlled water service during operation. A sink stopper and flow control are included to fine-tune rinsing and hold-back as needed.
