The Salvajor 100-SA-3-MSS-LD disposer sink assembly streamlines food waste handling at prep and dish sinks. A robust 1 hp motor powers through common scraps to help keep drains clear and teams on pace. The 3-1/2" sink collar integrates cleanly with standard sink openings for straightforward installation.
Control operation with the MSS-LD start/stop push button, featuring a safety line disconnect for fast shutdown when needed. Staff can pause or resume the garbage disposal between tasks without disrupting workflow. Ideal for high-volume kitchens, cafeterias, and institutional dish rooms.
Outfit your station with included water components: a fixed nozzle and flow control to direct rinse water, plus a chrome plated vacuum breaker and solenoid valve.
