Engineered for high-volume kitchens, the Salvajor 100-SA-3-MSS-LD-PP disposer sink assembly accelerates dishroom workflow by turning food waste into fine particles fast. A robust 1 Hp motor powers consistent grinding, helping keep prep and warewashing areas clear and moving. Ideal for prep sinks, pot sinks, and vegetable stations in restaurants, schools, and commissaries.
Operators gain intuitive control with an MSS-LD start/stop push button featuring a safety line disconnect. The pp-type control panel includes a mounted solenoid valve with flow control and a pressure switch to coordinate water delivery and operation. A fixed nozzle simplifies rinsing while a chrome plated vacuum breaker safeguards the water supply.
Built with a heat treated aluminum alloy housing, this commercial garbage disposal system stands up to daily use and moisture-rich environments.
