The Salvajor 100-SA-6-ARSS commercial garbage disposal and sink assembly streamlines food waste handling in busy kitchens. Its 1 HP motor powers through daily scraps to keep prep and pot sinks moving. A heat-treated aluminum alloy housing stands up to rigorous service.
Automatic reversing and water-saving ARSS controls help prevent jams while conserving water. A start/stop push button and drain/flush/time delay functions simplify operation and help keep basins clear between tasks. Teams maintain pace during rushes with less intervention.
Includes a fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, sink stopper, and flow control to streamline installation. The 6-1/2 inch sink collar integrates with compatible sinks. UL and CE listings provide added peace of mind for facilities.
