The Salvajor 100-SA-6-ARSS-LD-PP disposer sink assembly powers efficient food-waste handling in busy commercial kitchens. A robust 1 Hp motor drives steady grinding to keep sinks clear and staff moving. Its heat treated aluminum alloy housing stands up to demanding, day-to-day use.
Simplify operation with an ARSS-LD control that automatically reverses direction, manages drain/flush, times shutoff, and saves water, with a built-in safety line disconnect. A dedicated start/stop push button gives operators fast, intuitive command at the sink. The pp-type control integrates a mounted solenoid valve with flow control and a pressure switch to deliver reliable water regulation.
Deploy it at prep sinks, pot-wash stations, or waste sorting areas to streamline your scrap workflow. The 6-1/2" sink collar with stopper helps contain debris before activating the garbage disposal. A fixed nozzle and chrome plated vacuum breaker support consistent rinsing and dependable water management.
