Engineered for busy dishrooms, the Salvajor 100-SA-ARSS-LD-P streamlines waste handling at the sink. This disposer and sink assembly pairs a 1 Hp motor with intuitive push-button controls to keep plates moving and staff focused. Use it to efficiently process scraps at pot sinks, prep stations, or tray returns.
The ARSS-LD control automates reversing to reduce jams, conserves water during operation, and adds a safety line disconnect for peace of mind. Drain/flush/time delay functions help clear the chamber between tasks and prevent standing water.
A p-type control with a mounted solenoid valve and flow control delivers consistent water feed, while a fixed nozzle and chrome plated vacuum breaker integrate cleanly at the sink. The heat treated aluminum alloy housing withstands heavy daily use, and the sink collar with stopper supports routine cleaning. UL and CE listings support compliance in professional kitchens.
