Designed for busy dishrooms and prep areas, the Salvajor 100-SA-MSS-LD-P disposer sink assembly accelerates food waste handling with a 1 HP motor and streamlined controls. This commercial garbage disposal system helps keep workstations clear and productive while reducing trips to the trash. Integrate it at a pre-rinse sink, pot sink, or vegetable prep station to maintain consistent workflow during peak service.
Operators start and stop grinding with an MSS-LD push-button control that includes a safety line disconnect for quick lockout. A P-type control panel with a mounted solenoid valve and flow control meters water to the grinding zone, supported by a fixed nozzle for targeted rinsing. The chrome plated vacuum breaker safeguards the water supply during operation.
Built with a heat-treated aluminum alloy housing, this assembly stands up to heavy daily use. The included sink collar with stopper enables quick containment between cycles and easy shutoff during maintenance. Specify it where durable, simple waste reduction boosts kitchen efficiency.
