Its 2 Hp motor and 12" cone assembly are engineered to keep prep sinks and pot stations moving during peak service. Operators can quickly start and stop the unit with dedicated push-button controls for efficient workflow.
Enhance operational consistency with the automatic reversing ARSS-2 control, designed to alternate rotation and promote smooth performance. The p-type control integrates a mounted solenoid valve with flow control to manage water delivery at the bowl. A fixed nozzle and chrome plated vacuum breaker support proper rinsing while maintaining backflow protection.
Constructed with a heat treated aluminum alloy housing, this disposer stands up to heavy commercial use. A 6-1/2" inlet diameter accepts common prep scraps, while the included scrap ring helps guide waste into the chamber. Certified UL and CE, it fits seamlessly into professional foodservice environments.
