The Salvajor 200-CA-12-ARSS-LD-P commercial garbage disposal combines a 2 HP motor with a 12" cone assembly to keep prep and dish sinks moving during peak service. It powers through food waste to help chefs and dishroom teams maintain throughput and reduce slowdowns at the sink. The heat treated aluminum alloy housing supports daily use in busy kitchens.
Optimize workflow with ARSS-LD controls featuring automatic reversing, water saving, and a safety line disconnect, plus drain/flush/time delay functions. This setup helps minimize jams, manage water use, and clear the chamber between batches at prep, pot, and warewashing stations.
Operators gain straightforward operation via a start/stop push button and p-type control with a mounted solenoid valve and flow control. A fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, and scrap ring are included to streamline installation and rinsing. UL and CE compliance support facility standards.
