Engineered for busy dishrooms, the Salvajor 200-CA-12-MSS commercial garbage disposal combines a robust 2 Hp motor with a 12-inch cone assembly to keep scrapping lines moving. It powers through food waste quickly, helping kitchens maintain pace during peak service.
Start/stop push button MSS control streamlines operation at the dish table, enabling quick, intuitive on/off during tray breakdowns and pot sink work. A fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, and scrap ring with flow control coordinate rinsing and scrap capture for consistent throughput.
The heat treated aluminum alloy housing stands up to daily use in restaurants, cafeterias, and institutions. A 6-1/2 inch inlet diameter accommodates continuous-feed scrapping, while UL and CE listings support facility compliance needs.
