The Salvajor 200-CA-15-ARSS-LD-P is a commercial food waste disposer engineered to keep busy kitchens moving. A robust 2 Hp motor pairs with a 15-inch cone assembly and a 6-1/2-inch inlet to accept high volumes at the prep sink or dish station. Its heat treated aluminum alloy housing stands up to daily use in demanding operations.
Enhance throughput with ARSS-LD controls that automatically reverse to clear jams and optimize water use, while a safety line disconnect adds protection. Push-button start/stop and drain/flush/time delay functions help operators manage breaks between loads and end-of-shift cleanouts. Deploy it on pot washing or cafeteria tray lines to minimize bottlenecks.
A p-type control with a mounted solenoid valve and flow control simplifies installation and delivers consistent rinsing.
