Drive cleanup and keep prep lines moving with the Salvajor 200-CA-15-MRSS-LD disposer. Its 2 Hp motor and 15" cone assembly handle continuous scraping at busy prep sinks, pot sinks, or dish stations.
Operators command start/stop from the MRSS-LD control, manually reverse when needed to clear obstructions, and rely on the safety line disconnect during service. A heat-treated aluminum alloy housing resists wear in high-volume operations.
The package includes a fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, scrap ring, and flow control to regulate water and protect the line. A 6-1/2" inlet accepts bulky scraps, while UL, CSA, and CE compliance supports facility standards.
