Speed up dishroom and prep-sink workflow with the Salvajor 200-CA-18-ARSS-2 commercial garbage disposal. Its 2 Hp motor pairs with an 18-inch cone assembly to efficiently handle food scraps while protecting surrounding stations from bottlenecks.
Deploy it at pot-washing sinks, produce-trimming areas, or utility stations to keep staff moving and basins clear. A 6-1/2 inch inlet diameter accepts common pan, plate, and prep waste with consistent flow.
Operators start and stop service with a push button, while the automatic reversing ARSS-2 control alternates rotation to help clear obstructions and maintain grinding performance. A heat-treated aluminum alloy housing adds durability, and the included fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, and scrap ring & flow control streamline water management and debris capture.
