Boost dishroom throughput with the Salvajor 200-CA-18-ARSS-2-P commercial garbage disposal. A 2 Hp motor and 18" cone assembly handle everyday food waste in prep and pot sink applications.
Operators use the start/stop push button for quick control, while the automatic reversing ARSS-2 control alternates direction between cycles. The p-type control with a mounted solenoid valve and flow control regulates water delivery to the grinding zone.
A heat treated aluminum alloy housing stands up to back-of-house demands. Included components—fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, and scrap ring—support setup and sanitary connections.
UL and CE listings meet widely recognized safety standards. Integrate this disposer to keep food waste moving and maintain an efficient workflow from prep to cleanup.
