The Salvajor 200-CA-18-ARSS-LD commercial disposer pairs a robust 2 HP motor with an 18 inch cone assembly to accelerate food waste handling at the dish table. Built for high-volume kitchens, it helps keep racks moving while reducing labor at the sink. Push-button start/stop with drain/flush/time delay simplifies line clearing between turns.
ARSS-LD control automatically reverses to minimize jams and trims water use, while a safety line disconnect adds protection for staff and equipment. The heat treated aluminum alloy housing stands up to continuous service. A 6-1/2 inch inlet supports steady scrap flow from pre-rinse or pot sinks.
