The Salvajor 200-CA-ARSS-2-PP commercial garbage disposal pairs a rugged 2 HP motor with automatic reversing ARSS-2 control to keep food waste moving and reduce downtime. Operators start and stop grinding with a simple push-button interface, streamlining dishroom tasks during peak service.
The integrated PP-type control mounts a solenoid valve with flow control and a pressure switch, coordinating water supply for consistent performance. A 6-1/2" inlet accepts common scrap pans and trays, while the fixed nozzle targets the grind zone to help clear debris in prep sinks, pot-washing stations, and scrap tables.
Built with a heat treated aluminum alloy housing, this disposer stands up to daily commercial duty. Installation is simplified with the included cone assembly, chrome plated vacuum breaker, and scrap ring, and compliance is supported with UL and CE listings.
