Its robust 2-HP system with auto-reversing action keeps grinding efficient and helps minimize downtime during peak service, making it a smart upgrade over a standard garbage disposal.
Operators engage the unit with a sealed start/stop push button, then use drain/flush/time-delay functions to clear the chamber and lines between tasks. An energy/water saving switch and flow-controlled spray help conserve resources without sacrificing throughput.
Built with a heat-treated aluminum alloy housing, this disposer is made for daily, heavy-duty use in demanding foodservice environments. A 6-1/2" inlet, cone assembly, rubber scrap ring, vacuum breaker, and fixed-nozzle solenoid simplify installation and keep the workstation cleaner and more productive.
