Drive dishroom productivity with the Salvajor 200-CA-ARSS-LD-P disposer with cone assembly. A robust 2 Hp motor powers through food waste to keep scrapping lines moving. ARSS-LD controls simplify operation with push-button start/stop and timed drain/flush sequencing.
Reduce interruptions and water use with automatic reversing and water-saving features, plus a safety line disconnect for service. The p-type control, complete with mounted solenoid valve and flow control, delivers consistent rinsing and flush performance. A 6-1/2" inlet and included scrap ring aid capture at pot sinks, prep sinks, and tray returns.
Built for commercial duty, its heat treated aluminum alloy housing stands up to daily wear. A fixed nozzle and chrome plated vacuum breaker integrate cleanly with existing plumbing. Use it to streamline garbage disposal in high-volume kitchens while maintaining a cleaner, safer workspace.
