Engineered for busy kitchens, the Salvajor 200-CA-MRSS-LD is a 2-HP commercial disposer that streamlines scrap handling at the sink. The included cone assembly directs waste efficiently toward the grinding chamber, while the MRSS controls let operators reverse rotation and quickly use the safety line disconnect when needed.
Deploy this commercial garbage disposal at prep, pot, or dish stations to keep work areas clear and service moving. A 6-1/2" inlet diameter supports steady loading, and the rubber scrap ring creates a defined opening for consistent workflow.
Built with a heat-treated aluminum alloy housing, it’s made for demanding daily service. A chrome-plated vacuum breaker plus a solenoid with flow control and a fixed nozzle help manage water delivery during operation. UL, CSA, and CE listings support facility compliance, and the MRSS control panel measures 9-1/4" x 10-1/4" x 5-7/16".
