The Salvajor 200-CA-MRSS-PP commercial disposer helps high-volume kitchens move faster in the dishroom and prep sink. Its 2 Hp motor powers through food waste to reduce handling time and maintain momentum during peak service.
Start/stop push button MRSS controls with manual reversing let staff quickly clear obstructions and keep the unit running smoothly. A pp-type control panel with a mounted solenoid valve, flow control, and pressure switch coordinates water delivery for consistent operation.
The included cone assembly, fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, and scrap ring support clean, efficient waste management at the sink. Built with a heat treated aluminum alloy housing and a 6-1/2" inlet, this garbage disposal is ready for demanding foodservice workflows in prep, pot, and dish areas, and carries UL and CE listings.
