Power through plate scrapings and prep waste with the Salvajor 200-SA-3-ARSS-2-P disposer sink assembly. A rugged 2 HP motor and automatic reversing ARSS-2 control maintain consistent grinding while helping minimize stalls, streamlining dishroom throughput. Purpose-built for commercial kitchens, this unit supports efficient, sanitary waste handling at the sink.
Dial in water delivery with the p-type control featuring a mounted solenoid valve and flow control, and use the included fixed nozzle to rinse as you scrap. A chrome plated vacuum breaker is included, and the 3-1/2" sink collar with stopper integrates the garbage disposal directly into your sink assembly for clean, organized operation.
Heat treated aluminum alloy housing withstands daily abuse in high-volume service. Start/stop push button operation keeps training simple, and UL and CE certifications offer added peace of mind for operators and facility managers.
