Product Description
Power through food waste with the Salvajor 200-SA-3-ARSS disposer sink assembly. A robust 2 HP motor and water-saving ARSS control with automatic reversing help keep prep and dish areas moving while minimizing hang-ups and manual intervention.
Operators can start, stop, drain, and flush at the touch of a button, then rely on a time delay to finish the cycle while they switch tasks. The package includes a 3-1/2" sink collar plus a fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, sink stopper, and flow control to simplify installation. Use it to accelerate scrapping on a pot sink, chef’s prep sink, or utility basin.
Built for durability, the heat-treated aluminum alloy housing stands up to demanding service. UL, CSA, and CE compliance gives buyers and facility managers confidence in performance and safety.
