The Salvajor 200-SA-3-MRSS-LD-PP is a disposer sink assembly built for busy commercial kitchens. Its 2 HP motor handles tough food scraps to keep dishroom lines moving. Install at a prep, pot, or warewashing sink to speed cleanup and minimize bottlenecks.
Start and stop with a push button, then manually reverse to clear obstructions on the fly. An integrated MRSS-LD control adds a safety line disconnect for an extra layer of protection. The pp-type control panel includes a mounted solenoid valve with flow control and a pressure switch to regulate water to the grinding zone.
A heat-treated aluminum alloy housing stands up to daily use while resisting wear. The 3-1/2” sink collar with stopper, fixed nozzle, and chrome plated vacuum breaker simplify installation and support consistent performance.
