The Salvajor 200-SA-3-MSS-LD-P combines a 2 HP food waste disposer with a purpose-built sink assembly to streamline prep and cleanup. Drive down labor and keep basins clear as the garbage disposal grinds food scraps right at the source.
Operate with confidence using the MSS-LD start/stop push-button control with safety line disconnect. A p-type control panel with mounted solenoid valve and flow control helps regulate rinse water for consistent flushing between tasks.
Built for daily service, the heat-treated aluminum alloy housing resists wear while a chrome plated vacuum breaker and fixed nozzle support protected water delivery. Ideal for prep and pot sinks or dishroom stations, this system supports efficient waste handling and is UL and CE compliant.
