Engineered for high-demand operations, the Salvajor 200-SA-3-MSS-LD-PP disposer sink assembly streamlines scrap management and keeps prep and warewashing lines moving. Integrate it at a pot sink, prep station, or dish area to reduce manual handling and maintain a cleaner, safer workspace.
A robust 2 HP motor powers through food waste, while the 3-1/2" sink collar with stopper lets staff stage and control loading at the basin. Operators can quickly activate or stop the garbage disposal with the MSS-LD push-button control featuring a safety line disconnect.
The PP-type control panel includes a mounted solenoid valve with flow control and a pressure switch to coordinate water supply with operation. A fixed nozzle and chrome plated vacuum breaker support efficient rinsing and backflow protection. Durable, heat-treated aluminum alloy housing stands up to daily use in restaurants, cafeterias, and healthcare facilities.
