The Salvajor 200-SA-6-ARSS pairs a high-torque, 2 HP food waste disposer with a purpose-built sink assembly to keep dish rooms moving. ARSS control delivers automatic reversing and water-saving operation, while push-button start/stop with drain, flush, and time-delay sequencing simplifies daily use.
Position it at prep, pot, or dish sinks to clear plates and trim waste fast without slowing your team. The 6-1/2" sink collar provides a secure, compatible fit for integrated installation. Timed flushing helps maintain flow between rushes.
Built for durability, the heat-treated aluminum alloy housing stands up to busy commercial service. A fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, sink stopper, and flow control are included to complete the assembly. UL and CE listings give buyers and facility managers confidence in specifying this garbage disposal.
