The Salvajor 200-SA-6-ARSS-LD commercial garbage disposal sink assembly streamlines food waste handling for busy kitchens. A robust 2 HP motor powers consistent processing at the prep, pot, or dish sink to keep service moving. The integrated 6-1/2" sink collar provides a secure sink connection.
ARSS-LD control delivers start/stop convenience plus drain/flush/time delay sequences for disciplined operation. Automatic reversing and water-saving functions help sustain performance between loads. A safety line disconnect is built in.
Built for daily service, the heat treated aluminum alloy housing supports long-term reliability in high-volume environments. A complete package includes a fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, sink stopper, and flow control for coordinated water delivery. UL and CE listings support compliance for foodservice operations.
