Product Description
The Salvajor 200-SA-6-ARSS-LD-PP disposer sink assembly powers through food waste in high-volume kitchens. A rugged 2 HP motor and a 6-1/2" sink collar with stopper streamline scraping and rinsing at the sink. Its heat treated aluminum alloy housing stands up to daily use in prep, pot, or dish areas.
Optimize control and water usage with ARSS-LD automatic reversing and water-saving features with safety line disconnect. Operators start and stop with a push button, then utilize drain/flush/time delay cycles to clear lines and bowls between loads.
The PP-type control integrates a mounted solenoid valve with flow control and a pressure switch for reliable water management. A fixed nozzle and chrome plated vacuum breaker help deliver consistent rinse coverage while protecting the supply. UL and CE compliance support purchasing and facility standards.
