Drive prep and dishroom throughput with the Salvajor 200-SA-6-MRSS-LD disposer and sink assembly. A robust 2 Hp motor tackles continuous food waste, helping keep sinks clear and staff moving. The 6-1/2" sink collar integrates cleanly into common commercial basins.
Operators start, stop, and manually reverse grinding from the MRSS-LD control, complete with a safety line disconnect for lockout. The package includes a fixed nozzle, chrome plated vacuum breaker, solenoid valve, sink stopper, and flow control to support efficient scrapping and rinsing at the sink.
Built with a heat treated aluminum alloy housing, this unit is engineered for demanding kitchen duty. UL and CE listings support code compliance across many facilities. Ideal for prep sinks, pot sinks, and dish rooms seeking a compact waste solution.
