The Salvajor 200-SA-6-MSS commercial disposer and sink assembly delivers reliable, high-throughput scrapping with a powerful 2 HP motor. Use this garbage disposal setup to clear plates, trim, and production scraps right at the sink.
Operators engage the unit with the MSS start/stop push-button control for consistent, predictable workflow. A fixed nozzle with flow control directs rinsing water where it’s needed, while the chrome-plated vacuum breaker and solenoid valve manage water delivery. Together, these components support a clean, continuous scrapping station.
A heat-treated aluminum alloy housing stands up to daily demands in restaurants, cafeterias, and institutions.
