Engineered for busy commercial kitchens, the Salvajor 200-SA-ARSS disposer sink assembly helps streamline scrapping and rinsing at the dish station. This commercial garbage disposal uses a 2-HP motor to power through plate waste and keep clean-up moving between rushes.
An auto-reversing magnetic feature alternates direction to maintain consistent grinding performance, while the start/stop push button gives operators immediate control. Integrated drain/flush/time delay and an energy/water saving switch help coordinate cycles and manage resource use.
Built with a heat-treated aluminum alloy housing for rugged durability. The package includes a sink collar with stopper, a chrome plated vacuum breaker, and a solenoid with flow control and fixed nozzle to support proper water delivery. UL and CE listings support code and compliance needs across professional facilities.
