The Salvajor 200-SA-MSS-LD is a commercial disposer sink assembly engineered to keep prep and dish areas moving. Its robust 2 HP motor processes food waste efficiently to reduce scraping and hauling, helping maintain a cleaner, more productive workspace. Ideal for restaurants, cafeterias, and institutional kitchens.
Operators control the unit via a magnetic contactor with a convenient start/stop push button and a safety line disconnect for added protection. A solenoid with flow control and a fixed nozzle delivers consistent water to the grind zone, while a chrome-plated vacuum breaker helps protect the potable supply. This integrated package centralizes controls and water delivery at the sink.
Built with a heat-treated aluminum alloy housing, the system is ready for demanding daily use. The included sink collar with stopper supports soaking, cleaning, and maintenance routines to keep workflow on schedule. UL and CE listings support compliance across a wide range of facilities.
