The Salvajor 200-SA-MSS-LD-P disposer sink assembly powers through food waste with a 2 HP motor, helping kitchens keep prep and dish areas moving. Integrate this commercial garbage disposal at a prep sink or warewashing station to grind waste at the source and reduce trips to the trash. Streamline cleanup during peak service while protecting drains.
Operators gain confident control with the MSS-LD start/stop push button and safety line disconnect. A p-type control panel includes a mounted solenoid valve with flow control, coordinating water and grinding for consistent performance. Staff can rinse, direct flow through the fixed nozzle, and engage the unit as needed.
Built with a heat treated aluminum alloy housing, this unit stands up to demanding foodservice use. The sink collar and stopper, chrome plated vacuum breaker, and other included components support practical, code-conscious installation.
